ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The final amount required for payment will be shown to You immediately prior to purchase.

 Payment for any on-going Services is billed automatically until You notify Us that You would like to terminate Your access to the Services.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Audio Books Review maintains a customer satisfaction guarantee with the following refund terms and conditions:

Refund Eligibility:

The company provides refunds under two specific circumstances:

  1. Within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase or last  billing period
  2. Within 30 days following any material service changes that significantly impact service usage

Processing and Limitations

• Refund requests must be submitted through our contact page, by chat, or telephone

• Processing times align with standard banking procedures

• Refunds are limited to the most recent billing period

• Partial month or prorated refunds are not available

Payment Returns

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Digital product charges are processed upon download availability

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security measures meeting any particular standard

The maximum liability of Audio Books Review arising from or relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of one hundred ($100) US Dollars or the amount you paid to Audio Books Review in the last six (6) months. This limitation applies to any and all claims, including but not limited to lost profits or revenues, consequential or punitive damages, negligence, strict liability, fraud, or torts of any kind.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than court proceedings. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator and shall be governed by the American Arbitration Association’s rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that:
• All disputes must be resolved through arbitration on an individual basis
• Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted
• Any and all claims must be brought in your individual capacity
• The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding
• The arbitration will be conducted in English
• The arbitration will take place in Delaware

Through your use of the Website or Services, you agree that the laws of the State of Delaware shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of this Agreement, as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and Audio Books Review, with the exception of its conflict of law provisions.
